Product: 290ml FIXALL High Tack WHITE Sealant Adhesive Soudal
Fix All High Tack is a high quality, single
component joint sealant with high adhesive
strength. It is based on MS-Polymer®.
Characteristics:
- High performance mechanical properties
- Combines high stiffness with very high bond
strength
- High green strength, quick build-up of end
strength, high sheer strength after full cure
- Does not contain isocyanates, silicone, solvent
- Flexible elastic rubber – movement
accommodation up to 20%
- No bubble formation within sealant (in high
temperature and humidity applications)
- Very easy to tool and finish
- Good colour stability and UV resistance
Applications:
Sealing and bonding in the building and
construction industry.
Sanitary and kitchen areas – resists mould growth.
Structural bonding in vibrating constructions.
Packaging:
Colour: white, black, grey, brown, beige
Packaging: cartridge 290ml
Shelf life:
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry
storage place at temperatures between +5°C and
+25°C.
Resistance to chemical agents:
Good resistance to water, aliphatic solvents,
mineral oils, grease, diluted inorganic acids and
alkalis
Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated
acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Substrates:
Nature: clean, free of dust and grease
Priming: porous surfaces should be primed with
Primer 150. Surface Activator may be used on nonporous
surfaces.
We recommend preliminary compatibility tests
previous to application.
