5 Lever Mortice Lock

The 5 lever Mortice Lock is generally suggested by police officers for home security. There are various types of 5 Lever Mortice Locks however the current British Standard (BS3621is required for compliance with Association of British Insurers (ABI) guidelines.

 The 5 Lever Mortice Lock is required to have  a saw resistant bolt with a minimum 14mm throw and be  able to withstand at least 300lbs side and 5000lbs end pressure. The 5 Lever Mortice lock is required to have a lock case which is drill resistant and contain one or more anti pick features
