Meet the team

Our customers are serviced by our external representatives, Helen Wilson and Andy Harris. Helen looks after the local Blackburn, Darwen, Ribble Valley, Accrington, Oswaldtwistle and Longridge areas. Andy covers the rest of the North West up to and including Barrow In Furness and down to South Manchester.

They are backed up by the inside sales team who have a wealth of experience across our product ranges. Hilary Middleton with years of experience and Industry Qualifications is Sales Manager. Her team include Ben Hacking who is a fully qualified scheduler for Architectural Ironmongery (Dip GAI qualified) and is backed up by another fully qualified scheduler in Julie Bennett (Dip GAI qualified)  who has over 25 years experience in Architectural Ironmongery Sales and sourcing of materials.

Chris Roscoe with again more than 20 years experience cares for the supply and buying of Screws and Fasteners. Peter Hickmott again has more than 25 years experience in supply and sourcing of Pipe Fittings, Plumbers Supplies & Welding Equipment and can offer technical advice on your requirements.

Our Steel Stocks and outsourcing are handled by the knowledgeable team of John Leaver and Ben Hartley. Ben is also experienced in Ironmongery and Tool Sales and is also Dip GAI qualified.Our Transport Manager Vernon Ferguson ensures that deliveries are there when promised. The Pump Street Trade Centre is staffed by four experienced members of staff who are more than happy to handle your requirements for collection at the counter. Day to day management of the company including accounts and personel is cared for by Elaine Wilson , Hilary Middleton and Neal Atherton.
